📋 Description

• Define and execute the roadmap for Recruiting and Learning systems, ensuring alignment with
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert across ATS, CRM, LMS and AI tools.
• Design scalable, future-ready architectures and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Translate complex business needs into strategic technical solutions through partnership with People
• Partner with Technology teams to define requirements for integrations across systems using APIs
• Drive automation of manual processes across recruiting and learning workflows to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in recruiting systems (ATS, CRM, interview platforms) and Learning Management
• Strong experience in system configuration, architecture, and administration
• Experience leading system implementations and managing medium-to-large complexity technical
• Strong understanding of data models, reporting, and system governance
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis
• Experience leveraging automation to improve operational efficiency
