🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets
• 1+ year in a role with online collaboration or high-volume support
• Self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset
• Openness to feedback and collaboration
• Residence in the Dominican Republic
