Digital Technology Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Lead portfolio cadence across ~30 active DTO initiatives.
• Own end-to-end intake, triage, prioritization, and resequencing.
• Oversee CapEx governance: estimates, forecasts, capitalization, and actuals.
• Manage PMO tooling: Jira configuration and Sigma dashboards.
• Run weekly initiative POC/PM check-ins and regular exec prep syncs.
• Prepare SteerCo communications and decision materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading technology programs or PMO operations in corporate/enterprise tech.
• Ownership of portfolio cadence across many concurrent initiatives.
• Strong financial and CapEx governance: estimates, forecasts, tracking to actuals.
• Hands-on PMO tooling and BI: Jira configuration, dashboards (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong data analytics: portfolio reporting, capacity/workload tracking, metrics.
• Excellent written communication for exec and SteerCo materials.
