Digital UX Designer

📋 Description

• Design high-fidelity mockups for new and updated pages, translating UX strategy into brand-forward
• Own user flow optimization and create wireframes and prototypes to test concepts.
• Collaborate on design systems, color implementation, and component application.
• Partner with CRO specialists on A/B test design and iteration using data insights.
• Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, localization, and engineering teams.
• Ensure accessibility as a core principle, not a checkbox.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience, with a focus on B2B web UX design, and ability to demonstrate user-centered
• Expertise in Figma (or similar), comprehension of the fundamentals of web technologies
• Strong design systems experience including working within component libraries, as well as
• Accessibility expertise with practical experience designing for diverse needs
• Basic familiarity with key web statistics and other major marketing metrics
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across digital marketing teams
