📋 Description

• Own Pathfinder engineering: delivery, quality, and technical accountability across all teams.
• Lead and develop engineering managers; enable independent teams.
• Drive org design: team scope, sequencing, and new management capacity.
• Balance engineering capacity and prioritize when demand exceeds supply.
• Own the technical roadmap with the Pathfinder Product Manager.
• Engage architecture with senior ICs to ensure platform coherence.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years engineering management experience, including 3+ years managing other managers.
• Track record owning engineering execution across multiple teams with quality and accountability.
• Architectural judgment to engage credibly with senior ICs; review designs and guide cross-stack.
• Org design decisions: team structure, scope, and sequencing growth.
• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
