📋 Description

• Follow a nurse's care plan to provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living and safety at home.
• Support daily tasks: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal prep at home.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide reliable, compassionate one-on-one patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Driver preferred.
• Availability for assigned shifts (e.g., Mon-Fri 10a-6p).
