Direct Care Worker (DCW) Adult Care

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship
• Support daily living activities and help clients stay safe and independent at home
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, meal prep, and mobility
• Provide household support and homemaker services as needed
• Support clients one-on-one with activities and daily routines
• Work within BAYADA’s team to ensure a great client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, training provided
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to presence, quality care, empathy, and respect
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a care team
• Adhere to BAYADA’s standards of safety and care quality
