Direct Import Operations Coordinator (US)

📋 Description

• Monitor shipment readiness and manage open purchase orders.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with freight forwarders and factories.
• Review factory docs and receive inventory into ERP.
• Generate and share customer shipping document packets.
• Ensure bookings are secured within required shipping windows.
• Escalate delays and issues promptly; track milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in international import operations and supply chain coordination.
• Experience in international logistics: FOB shipments, docs, customs.
• Experience with US retailer import programs (Costco, Walmart, Target, Amazon).
• ERP proficiency; Dynamics NAV/ BC365 preferred but trainable.
• Advanced MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Nice-to-have: US retail exposure.
