Direct Sales Representative (m/f)

📋 Description

• Actively identify and develop relationships with prospective clients in the assigned territory.
• Present products and services to prospects and guide them to the best solution.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, support policy transfers, and participate in events.
• Collaborate with other departments to prepare offers and lead negotiations.
• Leverage sales opportunities to meet annual targets and cross-sell.
• Maintain accurate sales records and monitor feedback to improve service.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed secondary education (vocational or general).
• At least 6 months in a similar role; motivated entrants encouraged.
• Very good Croatian language; good English; computer literacy.
• Strong communication and sales skills; results-oriented.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• HANFA insurance intermediation licence is an advantage; we will support obtaining it.
