Direct Sales Supervisor

📋 Description

• Support the Area Sales Manager with delivering results for profitable growth and market penetration.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Direct Sales Representatives.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop a team of 4-12 DSRs.
• Manage performance, track results, set KPIs, and communicate expectations.
• Lead from the front with field travel, side-by-side selling, and direct selling.
• Attain individual and team sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Customer relations experience
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous sales/sales support experience a plus
