Direct Support Professional - 1:1

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Help participants build confidence, gain independence, and achieve goals
• Engage in community activities and social events with clients
• Assist with personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to live as independently as possible

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible part-time schedules and ability to work multiple shifts
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments
• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
