Direct Support Professional -$1500 Sign On Bonus

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on caregiving assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served)
• Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served as required; some
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Passion for Helping Others
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Successful background clearance required

🎁 Benefits

• $1500 sign on/retention bonus for select programs
• Wage: $15.75/hr
