Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - Float Staff

📋 Description

• Provide direct care for individuals with I/DD in residential homes.
• Full-time, permanent; schedules set 2 weeks ahead; no on-call.
• Must work swing/overnight shifts.
• Float DSPs work at multiple homes; adaptable.
• Support residents with daily living tasks and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years DSP/Caregiving experience required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel between programs.
• Flexible schedule with open availability; weekends required.
• Swing/overnight shifts required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide references.
• Attend two weeks of paid orientation and training.
• Meet Oregon DHS requirements.
