Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - Float Staff

📋 Description

• Enrich and support the lives of residents in the supported living program while maintaining a safe
• Provide companionship and personalized care with respect and dignity while encouraging independence
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform housekeeping and laundry
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of DSP/Caregiving experience required
• Valid drivers license and vehicle to travel between programs
• Flexible schedule with open availability; weekends required
• Able to work swing/overnight shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old and provide references
• Willing to complete two weeks of paid in-house orientation/training
