Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - Float Staff

📋 Description

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float provides direct care for individuals with I/DD
• Full time, permanent position; shifts schedule given two weeks in advance.
• Float DSPs work at multiple homes; adaptable with strong communication and decision-making skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of DSP/Caregiving experience with individuals with I/DD is required.
• Valid driver's license & vehicle to travel between programs.
• Independent, dependable, adaptable, and good communication; able to document care and follow
• 18+ years old; able to attend two weeks of paid in-house orientation and training.
