Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with I/DD
• Lead activities: music, art, games, reading, AV
• Teach daily life skills: cooking, money mgmt, volunteering
• Lead outings and workshops
• Assist with personal care and behavioral support
• Housekeeping and laundry duties

🎯 Requirements

• 6-12 months experience with individuals with disabilities
• Must be 21+ years old
• High school Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support
• Compassion, patience, professionalism

🎁 Benefits

• Full range: $23.50 - $26.20/hour
• 32.5 hour schedule, Monday–Friday, weekends off
