📋 Description

• One-on-one work in homes and communities supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental
• Mentor, advocate, and steady presence to help people build confidence and life skills
• Assist with daily living tasks, routines, and meaningful social interaction
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Engage in hobbies and activities to keep clients active and connected
• Provide compassionate companionship and support within BAYADA's culture

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with IDD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients
• Willingness to travel between clients within assigned area
• Passion for helping others and promoting independence
