• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
• Assist with daily living tasks: moving around, getting in/out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting
