Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and snacks; help with grooming and dressing.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, including lifts.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting individuals with IDD (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for person-centered care.
• People-oriented with a team approach.
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
