Provide hands-on mentoring to help individuals become more independent.
Offer positive direction to help achieve personal goals.
Medication administration and monitoring of medical well-being.
Paid training provided; behavioral DSP role may require IDD/mental health experience.

🎯 Requirements

Excitement for working with adults with disabilities.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Successful background clearance required.
Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license; comfortable driving company vehicles.
