Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Work directly in a residential group home supporting people with disabilities
• Help with daily activities, meals, cleaning, and errands
• Provide mentoring to promote independence and life skills
• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and meaningful routines
• Administer medications and monitor health needs
• Foster community integration and meaningful activities

🎯 Requirements

• Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Valid driver's license (driving required)
• Background clearance required
