Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Enrich and support residents while maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide companionship and promote independence.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Mobility and transfer assistance, including mechanical lifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting individuals with IDD.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to provide references.
• Attend two weeks of paid in-house orientation and training.
• Passion to help others.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
