Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support and instruction to individuals with IDD.
• Ensure health, safety, and achievement of service goals.
• Enrich and support residents in a safe environment.
• Provide companionship and encourage independence and self-care.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Prepare meals, snacks, and perform light housekeeping.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting individuals with IDD preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training.
• Passion for person-centered care.
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
• Good communication for documenting care and following support plans.
