📋 Description

• Provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental
• Empower individuals to live independently and with dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene, housekeeping
• Offer hands-on encouragement, mentoring, and guidance while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with internal and external teams as needed.

• Comfortable using technology for documentation.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license due to transporting persons served.
• Successful background clearance required.
