Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental
• Empower individuals to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining dignity
• Offer hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks and complete housekeeping and laundry duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (due to transporting persons served).
• Comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served.
• Some roles may require your own vehicle and auto liability insurance.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind; dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
• Observant and detail oriented; positive role-model and able to work on a team.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and collaboration; 18 years or older.
