📋 Description

• Provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental
• Empower individuals to live independently while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks and housekeeping/laundry duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served)
• Comfortable driving to transport persons served; some roles may require personal vehicle and auto
• Person-centered, patient, and kind; dependable, adaptable, flexible
• Observant, detail oriented; team player; committed to respectful, collaborative environment
• Computer skills for documentation; 18 years or older
• Clear background check required as part of onboarding
