Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, meal prep, budgeting, appointments, and
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment
• Promote independence and life skills development
• Support ISP goals and document progress
• Observe and communicate changes to supervisors and team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• English reading/writing/communication
• Willingness to assist with ADLs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
