Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
• Engage individuals through workshops: music, art, games, reading, AV, and life enrichment
• Teach daily life skills: cooking, money management, volunteering
• Lead outings and workshops; keep individuals engaged
• Assist with personal care and behavioral interventions daily
• Report daily outcomes in electronic documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months+ experience with individuals with I/DD preferred
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support
• Compassionate, patient, professional; positive attitude
