Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Lead activities: cooking, art, music, recreation, life-skills
• Teach skills for independence
• Support community outings and volunteer activities
• Provide personal care and mobility support
• Provide behavioral support and de-escalation
• Drive company van for outings

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months hands-on support preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, able to drive a van
• Comfort with personal care and behavioral support
• Able to lift/transfer 50 lbs
