Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with I/DD
• Lead activities: music, art, games, reading, AV
• Teach daily life skills: cooking, money mgmt, volunteering
• Lead outings/workshops, engage individuals
• Assist with personal care and behavioral support
• Do housekeeping and laundry, document daily progress

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months+ of experience with individuals with I/DD
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+; valid driver’s license; able to drive company van
• Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support
• Compassion, patience, professionalism; adaptable with positive attitude
• Initiative, problem-solving, and teamwork
