Lead cooking, art, music, recreation, and life-skills activities
Teach and reinforce skills that promote independence
Support community outings and volunteer activities
Provide personal care, including restroom, hygiene, eating, and mobility support
Provide behavioral support and use trained de-escalation techniques
Support individuals with verbal and nonverbal communication needs

🎯 Requirements

Relevant hands-on support experience preferred
Must be 18 years or older
High school Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van
Ability to respond appropriately during behavioral and emergency situations
Basic computer skills and able to learn electronic documentation systems

🎁 Benefits

Competitive Pay: $21.75/hour
Full Range Scale: $21.75 - $24.25 per hour
Reliable 32.5 hour schedule
Monday - Friday work schedule with weekends off
