• Provide support and mentorship with daily activities ensuring health and safety (meals, cleaning
• Offer hands-on mentoring to help individuals become more independent
• Provide positive direction to encourage personal goal achievement
• Administer medication and ensure medical well-being

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (for transporting individuals)
• Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills for documentation and collaboration
• Successful background clearance
• Must be at least 18 years old
