Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver - Part-time

📋 Description

• Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
• Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care
• Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, including lift devices

🎯 Requirements

• Previous caregiver experience and/or supporting individuals with IDD is required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to provide references
• Attend two weeks of paid in-house orientation (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
• Passion for person-centered care
• People-oriented with a team approach
