Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
• Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities (Float position)
• Prior experience working with individuals with high behaviors and/or willingness to be trained is
• Person-centered, patient, and kind
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible
• Observant and detail oriented
• Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team
