Direct Support Professional / Youth Caregiver

📋 Description

• Lead person-centered activities that help kids learn everyday life skills, build confidence and
• Teach and role-model life skills to promote independence
• Provide supervision, coaching, and encouragement
• Assist with routines such as meal prep, personal care, and medication administration
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma, transcript, or GED
• Must have at least 6 months of professional work experience supporting vulnerable populations (ex.
• Ability to pass DCYF background/fingerprint checks
• Must have valid WA drivers license
• Good communication skills; reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow
