🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of professional work experience supporting vulnerable populations
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Able to attend three weeks of paid training (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
