📋 Description

• Lead functional solutioning for pursuits, RFPs and oral presentations
• Build and defend the value case with business stakeholders
• Define solution assumptions, scope boundaries and exclusions
• Design and present demos, accelerators and proof-of-concept scenarios
• Act as functional design authority and chair process workshops
• Provide documented transition from sold solution to delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• 9-12 years SAP experience in functional or solution design roles
• At least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations, 2 as functional lead
• Deep industry expertise in mining, oil & gas, CPG or manufacturing
• At least 3 years S/4HANA experience, fit-to-standard practice
• Experience with estimating, scope definition and delivery
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
