📋 Description

• Lead the global accounting function, overseeing the integrity and accuracy of the company’s
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations while building scalable processes that support a
• Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business leaders to ensure alignment between
• Guide the team and actively contribute to key deliverables such as month-end close, audits, and
• Manage the close process, prepare for and lead annual audits, and continuously improve accounting
• Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring that financial processes scale with the business while

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles within a SaaS or
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, financial reporting, and managing the month-end and quarter-end close
• Experience leading teams and developing talent
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading annual audits and working with external auditors
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks
