Director, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead the month-end close process from pre-close preparation through balance sheet reconciliations
• Own monthly consolidation across a multi-entity structure, ensuring accurate intercompany
• Direct the annual financial statement audit as the primary external liaison, managing the PBC
• Partner with external tax advisors and Treasury on settlement accounting, restricted cash
• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and accounting processes in line with the needs of a
• Introduce and develop AI-enabled workflows for journal entries, reconciliations, variance

🎯 Requirements

• Active CPA license and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including at least 5 years
• Deep, hands-on experience managing month-end close, financial consolidation, and GAAP compliance
• Proven experience leading external financial statement audits end-to-end, including preparation and
• Working knowledge of the COSO framework and PCAOB standards related to internal control over
• Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise ERP and advanced Excel skills.

🎁 Benefits
