Director, Accounting & Tax

📋 Description

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close with multi-currency consolidation
• Lead, mentor and develop Accounting & Accounts Payable teams
• Own group tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT and transfer pricing
• Oversee treasury operations, including cash mgmt, FX exposure and forecasting
• Act as deputy to the Senior Director Group Controlling on governance matters
• Drive ERP and finance system improvements to automate processes and improve data quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in accounting, consolidation and tax with team leadership; external audit a plus
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong IFRS/US GAAP/Swiss GAAP FER knowledge in multi-entity Intl env
• Tax expertise across corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT; intl exposure
• Experience owning/overseeing treasury and cash management
• Proven track record scaling accounting ops in high-growth SaaS/B2B tech
