Director ACO Operations

📋 Description

• Launch Chamber's ACO and own its performance as the network scales.
• Prove the specialty-focused cardiology model using early results.
• Own CMS submission and enrollment end-to-end with calendar and controls.
• Serve as the operational and analytic engine of the ACO.
• Partner with Finance, Provider Network, Clinical, and Product to make it work.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years in healthcare operations with value-based care or ACO/managed care.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare value-based programs (MSSP, ACO REACH, MA) and CMS rules.
• Track record of independently owning and scaling complex operational initiatives to measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of payment operations and value-based contract mechanics.
• Highly analytical and comfortable working directly with large data sets.
• Clear communicator who distills complex rules into executive takeaways.
