🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics and advanced statistical analysis, with at least 5
• Strong applied experience in product and growth experimentation, causal inference and customer
• Strong hands-on analytical capabilities, with experience independently investigating complex
• Proven experience partnering with Product teams and translating analytical insights into product
• People leadership experience, including developing talent, providing technical guidance, and
• Strong strategic judgment and business understanding, with the ability to identify the right
