Director, Advisor Relations

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the Advisor Relations team and programming at scale.
• Own strategy and execution of advisor experiences (confs/offices/events) and measure impact.
• Own Fora X recognition programs end-to-end: operations, events, and criteria.
• Own Fora X Advisor sentiment; lead the response and cross-functional escalation.
• Run travel-knowledge bench as a service center for the Fora X partner team.
• Design systems for segmentation, allocation, and measurement to scale experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in travel/hospitality with 3+ years in a senior role.
• Proven ability to build high-performing programs from the ground up.
• Link experience to commercial outcomes—retention and growth.
• Experience scaling high-touch programs with segmentation and self-serve.
• Experience hiring, managing a team; contractor management a plus.
• Luxury travel credibility to earn advisor respect; bench depth.
