🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in programmatic tech (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers)
  • Proven adtech sales with monetizing programmatic solutions
  • 3+ years direct sales in CTV with cross‑team relationships
  • Experience with pharma clients and healthcare advertising
  • Deep understanding of MSAs and platform agreements
  • Strong analytics to translate data into client strategy
