📋 Description

• Define and execute enterprise AI transformation strategy.
• Architect and scale Agentic AI workflows across Finance, HR, IT, and Ops.
• Establish AI governance, risk controls, and responsible AI operating models.
• Lead AI & Automation CoE for reusable frameworks and scalable delivery.
• Evaluate AI platforms incl. LLM ecosystems, orchestration, and RPA.
• Drive automation with Copilot, Claude, Workato, UiPath, and OpenAI.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise technology, AI automation, or digital transformation leadership.
• Proven experience implementing AI-first enterprise operating models and agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of LLM ecosystems, AI governance, and scalable SaaS.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and iPaaS/RPA.
• Executive presence to influence C-level stakeholders and lead transformation.
• Experience driving measurable ROI through automation and AI adoption.
