📋 Description

• Build shared AI infrastructure: integrations, data boundaries, model registry, SSO, and DLP.
• Set governance: governance council; security, privacy, approvals, and quality monitoring.
• Own the AI COE roadmap: set priorities with other departments.
• Prove the impact: define metrics for cost, throughput, quality; report via scorecard.
• Build capability: centralized training libraries and enablement programs with HR.
• Lead operating model and grow the COE team: centralized-expertise, decentralized execution; hire and develop.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in tech/data/product with 5+ years leading teams and measurable impact
• 2+ years with AI/ML systems; hands-on with modern AI tools and LLMs
• Deep infra, data, security for production AI: model registry, SSO, DLP
• Strong governance; security, privacy, and quality guardrails
• Excellent communication; explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/data/business; advanced degree a plus
