Own TiDB's AI ecosystem partnership strategy across North America.
Build partnerships with AI platforms, LLM providers, cloud hyperscalers, and ISVs.
Drive product-level integrations embedding TiDB into partner AI stacks.
Develop joint value propositions and reference architectures with partners.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope integrations.
Represent TiDB at partner events and developer communities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related; technical background a plus.
8+ years in tech partnerships, BD, or solutions alliances in AI/cloud/data infra.
Deep understanding of AI/ML ecosystem: LLM platforms, vector DBs, RAG, cloud infra.
Proven experience driving product- or solution-level integrations with ecosystem strategy.
Ability to engage technically and commercially with engineers, PMs, and C-suite.
Experience with distributed databases, AWS/GCP/Azure, and open-source communities.
