📋 Description

• Lead AI product roadmap to advance outcomes and operations.
• Align with clinical, operations, compliance, and tech leaders.
• Own build-vs-buy decisions and vendor governance.
• Scout frontier AI trends and propose new approaches.
• Oversee end-to-end AI delivery from concept to production.
• Provide architecture guidance for AI apps (RAG, LLM, Azure).
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance in AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years AI/ML or related software with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strategic leadership: roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, portfolio.
• Enterprise LLM design/deploy: OpenAI/Azure, Claude, Gemini, RAG.
• Cloud infra: Azure primary; AWS optional; Docker; DevOps/CI/CD.
• Python expertise; strong software engineering background.
