Director, AI Product Strategy

📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end AI agent workflows that improve consumer-facing digital experiences and
• Own the full product lifecycle, including discovery, research, strategy, requirements gathering
• Translate complex business requirements and emerging AI capabilities into compelling product
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Program Delivery, Marketing, and Client Partnerships
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, Design, and Technology in a fast-paced delivery
• Serve as a trusted AI and product strategy advisor, providing subject matter expertise throughout

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working in a digital agency, consulting, or similarly client-focused environment.
• Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering large-scale, consumer-facing
• Practical experience applying modern AI tools, agentic design principles, AI governance, and
• Demonstrated ability to take AI concepts beyond experimentation or proof-of-concept stages into
• Strong understanding of the differences between deterministic and probabilistic systems, including
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of modern cloud and large language model
