Director, AI Product Strategy

📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end AI agent workflows for digital experiences and operations.
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
• Translate business requirements into product strategies for senior executives.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Client Partnership teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on complex product challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital agency or consulting environment.
• Deep product management experience shipping consumer-facing products.
• Practical experience with AI technologies: agentic design, governance, workflows.
• Proven ability to take AI concepts from POC to production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and LLM ecosystems (Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Claude, OpenAI).
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and excellent communication skills.
